Our work is built on a simple principle: insight without execution is incomplete. Across geopolitical risk, programme delivery and impact measurement, we work alongside our clients from strategy through to real-world results - and in some of the world’s most complex and high-stakes environments.
The case studies below reflect the breadth of that work: confidential where required, evidenced where possible, and always grounded in outcomes that matter.
Geopolitical Advisory & Risk Assessment
Gulf Investment Risk and Geopolitical Navigation
UK-Based Venture Capital Firm | Confidential
A London-based venture capital firm with £320M+ in GCC exposure needed to understand how escalating geopolitical tensions around the Strait of Hormuz would affect its portfolio and a £45M deployment pipeline. PTG delivered scenario modelling, portfolio risk mapping and a strategic navigation framework - protecting an estimated £38M in capital and enabling £28M of deployment to proceed with confidence.
.
Pan-African Expansion and Geopolitical Navigation
Nigerian Fintech Company | Confidential
A Nigerian fintech company expanding mobile banking access across Sub-Saharan Africa needed more than market data - it needed to understand the geopolitical and social terrain that would determine whether its mission could be sustained. PTG assessed six target markets, mapped fourteen sub-national risk zones, and restructured the expansion strategy as well as avoiding $1.2M in potential sunk costs and bringing 340,000+ additional rural users into the addressable pipeline.
Programme Delivery & Management
Global Outreach Programme Management
International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (ISUOG)
PTG provided end-to-end programme management, impact measurement and geopolitical navigation across ISUOG’s Outreach programmes in Egypt, Sudan, Kyrgyzstan and Oman - delivering capacity-building training for OB/GYN ultrasound in some of the world’s most underserved and complex environments. Across four countries and multiple programme phases, Pax Tecum Global built the stakeholder relationships and delivery architecture that enabled local trainer cohorts to sustain programmes independently.
Government Access and Stakeholder Navigation - Medical Education
British Charity | Kuwait
A UK-registered charity sought to embed its postgraduate medical speciality training curriculum within Kuwait’s national health system, in partnership with the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialities (KIMS) and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health. Pax Tecum Global secured substantive government-level meetings, managed the full stakeholder engagement process, and created the institutional conditions for a formal programme partnership to help in enabling the client to take the programme forward from a position of established trust and government goodwill.
Impact Assessment & Evaluation
Independent Impact Evaluation:Re-Cycle Bikes to Africa
Re-Cycle Bikes to Africa | UK, The Gambia & Sierra Leone
Pax Tecum Global conducted an independent, multi-country impact evaluation of Re-Cycle’s full bicycle pathway, from UK collection and refurbishment through to education, livelihoods and gender equity outcomes in The Gambia and Sierra Leone. Aligned to Social Value International principles and drawing on field observation, focus groups and interviews across all stakeholder groups, the evaluation provided strategic insights that shaped the organisation’s future programme direction.
