As Chief Marketing Officer at Puzzel and former senior leader at companies including Workiva, Highspot and Nexthink, she has a strong track record of scaling international operations, aligning commercial functions and delivering multi-channel strategies that drive demand, sales, and long-term growth. Her expertise spans complex, matrixed organisations and high-growth environments, with a particular strength in translating technical propositions into clear, market-facing value.

Karol Alejandra Arambula Carillo, Executive Director, Hub of Action for Sustainable Development in Mexico
Karol Arámbula Carillo brings over 15 years of experience across human rights, sustainable development, and peacebuilding, with a strong track record working within the United Nations system, civil society, and international organisations. She has led programme design and strategic implementation in complex and conflict-affected environments, including senior roles supporting UN missions and global initiatives on migration, displacement, and climate justice. Her expertise spans policy analysis, mediation, stakeholder engagement and large-scale programme management across Latin America, Africa, and multilateral settings.

Alex MacDonald-Vitale, Founder and CEO of Titan Advisory AG
Alex MacDonald-Vitale brings a rare combination of senior diplomatic and investment banking experience, having spent eight years as a diplomat with the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where he specialised in political analysis, crisis response and strategic communications, including serving as an embassy spokesperson. He subsequently held senior investor relations roles across the Middle East, including Head of Investor Relations at SABB and Regional Head of Investor Relations at HSBC Middle East, where he oversaw engagement across 14 markets, managed sovereign and institutional investor relationships and played a key role in equity listings and debt issuance programmes. He also served as Chairman of the Middle East Investor Relations Association, advisinig on regulatory alignment and corporate governance standards across the region. He’s currently the Founder of Titan Advisory AG in Switzerland.
